At BiPrime, we recruit teachers under an independent-contractor agreement. Unlike an employment relationship (part-time or full-time), an independent-contractor agreement does not establish an employer-employee relationship. Compensation is paid based on the lessons you teach, and you will not be covered by health or employment insurance as an employee.
